Warranty Information
Because we believe so strongly in our products and stand behind them 100%, we offer a lifetime warranty on all of our products barring misuse of the item. Normal wear and tear with anodizing on aluminum products is to be expected and will not be warranted. If you have a warranty claim, please call or email us with your name, address, phone number, product description and a brief description of the issue. You will be asked to return the item for inspection. We will handle the claim in an expeditious manner and if the item is in stock, we will send it out as soon as the warranty is processed. Your item may be replaced with an updated product if the original item has been changed or discontinued. The user is responsible for following installation instructions provided with the original or warranted product to ensure proper installation. Sly Tactical shall not be responsible for damaged products due to misuse or normal / expected wear and tear with anodizing. All of our products should be periodically inspected by the user for wear and maintained to ensure longevity and proper function.
